-Any physically abused or accidentally damaged items will not be returnable.
-Delivery, installation and other fees for services performed are non-refundable after the service has been completed.
-Up to a 25% restocking fee will be charged on returns or exchanges.
-There are no refunds or returns on special order items.
-All refused orders may be subject to a restocking fee. Additional fees may apply for special circumstances.
-Naders LA Popular reserves the right to refuse returns or exchanges of items that do not appear to be in brand new condition due to damage or abuse by the customer.
-If a Naders LA Popular truck is needed to pick up returned or exchanged merchandise, there will be an additional delivery charge due.
Pick Ups
-Merchandise picked up at the store or warehouse needs to be opened and inspected by the customer. A signature is required stating that they are receiving the product in good condition. If the customer refuses to inspect the merchandise, the customer takes full responsibility for merchandise. If the customer takes the merchandise home and has a service issue, it is the responsibility of the customer to bring it back to the proper location for service or exchange. Naders LA Popular is not responsible for items improperly secured to the vehicle by the customer.
