Make a Payment

Delivery Policy

-Customer must have area cleared where the merchandise is going to be placed before the delivery trucks arrive.

-Customer will select a four hour time frame for their delivery.

-Local Delivery fee is $70 for any amount purchased.

-Deliveries extending out of the local area range $80 and above based on where the residence is located.

-Same day delivery is available.

-Same day Furniture Pickups are available 7 days a week.

-Naders LA Popular is not responsible for the customer missing the appointment. A second delivery fee may apply

-Naders LA Popular is not responsible for the merchandise not fitting in the home,

-Customer must inspect all merchandise at the time of delivery to ensure that all merchandise is received in good condition. Return trips may be subject to a second delivery charge

Return and Exchange Policy

-Original receipt and identification are required for all returns and exchanges.

-Original packaging and manuals are required to avoid any additional fees.

-Any physically abused or accidentally damaged items will not be returnable.

-Delivery, installation and other fees for services performed are non-refundable after the service has been completed.

-Up to a 25% restocking fee will be charged on returns or exchanges.

-There are no refunds or returns on special order items.

-All refused orders may be subject to a restocking fee.  Additional fees may apply for special circumstances. 

-Naders LA Popular reserves the right to refuse returns or exchanges of items that do not appear to be in brand new condition due to damage or abuse by the customer.

-If a Naders LA Popular truck is needed to pick up returned or exchanged merchandise, there will be an additional delivery charge due.

 

Pick Ups

-Merchandise picked up at the store or warehouse needs to be opened and inspected by the customer.  A signature is required stating that they are receiving the product in good condition.  If the customer refuses to inspect the merchandise, the customer takes full responsibility for merchandise.  If the customer takes the merchandise home and has a service issue, it is the responsibility of the customer to bring it back to the proper location for service or exchange. Naders LA Popular is not responsible for items improperly secured to the vehicle by the customer.


Lay-Away

-No refunds available on Lay-away items.

-Payment due every 30 days or sale price will be un-froze

-If no payment is made for 90 days, All money will be forfeited

 

Services

-Service is available for manufacture defects within 1 year for most items.  Some exceptions apply.

-Service Fees may apply if a Naders LA Popular truck is needed to pick up merchandise or travel to service the merchandise.

 

Demo- As Shown Items

-Merchandise sold as a demo from the store must be out with-in three days or all money will be forfeited.

-There are no returns or warranties on demo items.
